We evaluate all homes based on what’s called the ‘After Repair Value’ or ARV for short. This value is essentially the market price of the home after all repairs and fixes are done. We also take other things into consideration such as the recent selling price of other comparable homes in the area, repair costs and potential profit once the house is fully repaired.
